Metho poth

Out of the many beautiful paths scattered all over the village (we call it "metho poth") in our language, and each and every metho poth is a unique beauty), I chose to shoot the pics of a few. Here is one for you.

And here is another, going along the edge of another of the many hills of Chunati...

Morning starts to shine over Chunati

A thin ray of sunshine on one of the many small hilltops of Chunati. This one is my favorite hilltop- also known for the Eid prayers.

This is another of the morning pictures of Chunati. The sun is trying to peep in from a corner through the dense trees.

Starting a new day in Chunati

With no particular topic to post on, I decided to share how a day is started in Chunati. The sun is about to rise in the horizons of Chunati, and this is one of the many hundred ways you may view the sunrise in Chunati.

Symbols of Chunati

After passing the welcoming roads u will see the graaand Seerat Moydan (Seerat field). Whether you are a Chunattya or not, you may have already seen many pics of Seerat Moydan. So this is a picture of this extra-large ground from a different angle. This pic was taken in the foggy morning at around 7 am. Through the trees you can see the symbols of Chunati - no need to mention what they are. And the trees and the green are just another symbol of Chunati.

Landing in the dreamland

SO you have passed all the beautiful sceneries as you enter Chunati. Here is what you will see, as you look back to see the road you have crossed by now. The trees at both sides are there to welcome you and it's all just the beginning. Many more of such greenery and sceneries await you in Chunati.

More welcoming scenes

Just a few more steps and you will start to see the diverse landscape of Chunati.

The first pond to greet you happens to come with this beautiful tree on one of its its corner. And you might see this tree at another corner:
But this pic was taken in the early spring, when this tree was yet to be bloomed with new flowers and/or leaves.

What you will see as you enter Chunati

There is immense green everywhere in Chunati. This is one of the first tapestries of green that will welcome you. If you are in favor of hills, keep an eye to your left. But if you are in favor of green plain land instead, look right. And this is what you will see as soon as the hill episode ends.

Then you will see such snake like roads extending from the main road. This one leads to another heaven of greenery and vegetations - towards the right. I had taken a walk through this road, (maybe for the first time in my life) and as I reached the end, I looked back and shot this pic.

If you are the one fond of hills, you better keep an eye toward the left. There are many beautiful hills there and you can just go up on one. Don't worry, there is no chance you will break your crown or tumble down like Jack and Jill, because I went up myself, and nothing so happened :).

This is a pic I had taken from the top of a hill. There is another world of green beyond that hill, yet to be explored by me.

Entering Chunati

This is the welcoming road when you enter Chunati. Sorry I don't have a pic of the entering gate. Anyone with that pic can put up here.
As you enter Chunati, the small hills and its beautiful green on both sides of the road will extend its hand to welcome you into Chunati. If you have a heart of a human, this sure would be an exciting experience for you.
More pics are coming up soon.

Welcome to Chunati

Chunati is a village in Bangladesh. But that's not all about Chunati. It's in no way a typical village of Bangladesh. To inform you more about Chunati, you can go through the site about it. That's where you can see the difference. You won't usually get a village with a website developed based on it!!

So with that site to inform you about Chunati, I am here just to share my extensive experience of being a Chunatian. And not only Chunatian, A VERY PROUD ONE INDEED. For me, there is no other parable to Chunati, but Heaven itself. I would rather say "Heaven in this World" rather than just Heaven.

And above all, it's the place where I was born, where I may not have spent much of my life, but where my heart is always placed, where I am rooted upto a long way, along with most of my life's pleasures. This (Chunati) is where I find the meaning of living.

That's obviously too much of an introduction. I know none would believe all these, unless I start sharing pics of Chunati. And not to mention, that's the main purpose of this blog.
So that's about it. Thanks for your time.
